By using the Coran Facile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Coran Facile is a mobile application offering:
- Daily Quran verses and inspirational Islamic content
- Prayer (Salah) and ablution (Wudu) step-by-step guides
- Qibla compass for finding the direction of the Kaaba
- Digital Tasbih counter for dhikr
- Interactive Quran quizzes
- Customizable wallpapers and Islamic themes
The app is available in both free and premium versions.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use Coran Facile only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivatives of the app, use automated systems to access it, or use it for unauthorized commercial purposes.
4. Free & Premium Versions
The free version includes access to daily Quran verses, basic prayer tools, free themes, and an ad-free experience. The premium subscription unlocks the extended verse library, advanced features, premium themes, and all future premium content.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel via your App Store account settings. Refund requests follow Apple's policies.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content in Coran Facile is protected by copyright, including Quran translations (under appropriate licenses), graphics, logos, software, and themes. You retain all rights to your personal content when customizing with your own images.
7. Disclaimers
Coran Facile provides Quranic content for spiritual enrichment and personal devotion. This content is for informational and inspirational purposes and does not substitute professional religious advice. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and canceling any premium subscription. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Third-Party Services
Coran Facile may use third-party services (Apple, Google, PostHog, RevenueCat). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
